Ngày 1/10, do vẫn tiếp tục có mưa to cục bộ, nước thượng nguồn đổ về các sông, suối, các tỉnh Cao Bằng, Yên Bái đã phát đi cảnh báo nguy cơ lũ quét, sạt lở đất, lũ trên các sông, nguy cơ ngập lụt tới các địa phương cấp huyện để chủ động ứng phó.Cao Bằng còn hơn 80 hộ dân nguy cơ ảnh hưởng sạt lởSau thiệt hại nặng nề do ảnh hưởng của cơn bão số 3 gây ra, lực lượng chức năng tỉnh Cao Bằng đã tiến hành đánh giá những khu vực phát sinh nguy cơ cao sạt lở đất tại khu dân cư. Theo đó, hiện có hơn 80 hộ dân tại tỉnh nằm trong phạm vi ảnh hưởng sạt lở cần di dời tới nơi an toàn.Các điểm có nguy cơ sạt lở gồm: các xóm Lũng Nọi, Lũng Luông thuộc xã Vũ Nông (huyện Nguyên Bình); chân đèo Mã Phục (lý trình Km 297+250- Km297+400) và đỉnh đèo Mã Phục, khu vực xóm Cốc Phát – Pác Vầu (xã Quốc Toản, huyện Quảng Hòa); lý trình Km162+00-Km162+30, Quốc lộ 4A thuộc xóm Bằng Ca, xã Lý Quốc, huyện Hạ Lang; khu vực tổ 3 – thị trấn Bảo Lạc, xóm Nặm Pắt- xã Đình Phùng (huyện Bảo Lạc); khu vực xóm Bản Thuôn (xã Đàm Thủy), xóm Vĩnh Khải, xóm Bản Lòa, xã Quang Hán (huyện Trùng Khánh); khu vực xóm Lũng Tỳ, xã Lương Thông (huyện Hà Quảng).Tại các vị trí trên xuất hiện vết nứt từ sườn đồi có kích thước từ 0,3 – 0,5m, chiều sâu vết nứt 1-2 m, chiều dài vết nứt từ 8 m (đỉnh đèo Mã Phục) đến 100 m (đoạn đường đi qua xóm Bằng Ca), 150 m (đoạn thuộc tổ 3, thị trấn Bảo Lạc)… Hiện tại, đất đồi phía taluy dương đoạn đèo Mã Phục đã sạt lở xuống tuyến đường Quốc lộ 3.Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Cao Bằng đã chỉ đạo các huyện thực hiện vận động, tuyên truyền nhân dân tại khu vực có khả năng bị ảnh hưởng khi sạt lở ra khỏi nhà, tạm thời ở vị trí an toàn; cắm biển cảnh báo nguy hiểm tại khu vực sạt lở, nguy cơ sạt lở, căng dây phản quang; thông tin rộng rãi trên phương tiện thông tin đại chúng để nhân dân nắm bắt, thực hiện, tổ chức phân luồng giao thông đảm bảo an toàn cho người và phương tiện tham gia giao thông.Từ đêm 29/9-1/10, tại Cao Bằng có mưa rào và dông rải rác, cục bộ có nơi mưa to, nguy cơ xảy ra lũ quét, sạt lở đất trên sườn dốc và ngập úng tại các khu vực trũng, thấp. Con el tema ‘Macao MICE Forward: Innovate, Sustain, Excel – Smart Solutions Training for Sustainable MICE’, el programa es una colaboración con MGM y se implementará la próxima semana en Macao, China.  En respuesta a los desafíos que plantea la pandemia de COVID-19, PATA ha estado a la vanguardia en el desarrollo y lanzamiento de un conjunto de recursos, herramientas y programas de desarrollo de capacidades para apoyar a la industria turística de Asia y el Pacífico.
